In July 2011, Vanuatu Government established the Vanuatu Trade Commission in Hong Kong and delegated officials from the Department of Immigration and Vanuatu Financial Services Commission to assist in handling applications of permanent residence and investment.

In October 2011, PRG Consulting Limited was appointed as the exclusive coordinator of the Permanent Residence Visa program in the Greater China Region (including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

In February 2015, PRG ImmiMart Limited was established to handle various immigration and permanent residence programs.

Pacific Resource Group Consulting Limited was authorized by the Vanuatu Government in April 2015 and appointed as the sole exclusive coordinator of the Vanuatu Economic Rehabilitation Program – Honorary Citizenship for the Greater China Region.

The management and consulting team are formed by professionals and retired immigration officers; all investment immigration cases are handled by experienced consultants.
